Have you booked a trip to Europe?
We have many customers off to Europe this year whether it be for sporting events such as LE MAN or one of the many F1 races across Europe and so we just wanted to put minds at ease and confirm that basically speaking nothing changes.
When the UK leaves the EU on 31 January it will enter a transition period during which pretty much everything will stay the same until the end of the year. That will mean UK licences will still be valid for visiting EEA countries during transition and our insurance policy includes the “Green Card” documents required.
What happens next will depend on negotiations on the future relationship between the UK and the EU. We will of course stay abreast of developments and will offer guidance when required.
We've got you covered.
Our European Cover allows you to travel through Europe with the exception of Eastern European countries and Scandinavia. Your motorhome will come fully equipped with a Euro pack including: Euro adaptors, first aid kit, bulb & fuse pack, beam benders, breathalysers and warning triangle. Also don't forget that all of our motorhomes have dart -tags and are registered with the Dartford crossing meaning that you do not have to pay to cross. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong all of our vehicles have 24 hour breakdown cover which includes Europe to give you that extra peace of mind.
